skipmpeg is probably a bad fix since it mentioned EE Cyclerate also fixes it |
Yeah, but that one is a hit and miss (unreliable). I chose this one because it simply skips the FMVs just like what users are expected to. |

Rationale behind Changes
The videos in #4886 would freeze after playing for 2-6 seconds, rendering the game unplayable without skipping the videos in a timely manner. In simple words, players need to skip the videos quickly or risk losing all of their progress.
Suggested Testing Steps
I've already tested that the gamefix works.
