Syncs libchdr to latest master commit
Rationale behind Changes
Upstream has various improvements that we currently lack, such as fixes related to handling malformed CHD files.
Allows us to replace our patched version of
chd_read_header_*with the upstream version.No more local patches means future updates should be much simpler.
