RheMAP v1.4 "We are all individuals"

This release adds an example notebook for easy registration of individual subject anatomy to any of the templates. A possibility to perform skullstripping based on a back-registered template brainmask is included.

Newer nibabel version solves issue

The qform_code = 5 in the header of the NMT_v1.3 nifti could not be parsed with nibabel 2.1.0. PRevious notebook versions had a workaround. Now we simply require a higher nibabel version and give the workaround as an option for when people cannot update nibabel for some reason (it's commented out by default).

RheMAP fully referenced against Zenodo dataset.

Crosslinks between GitHub repo and Zenodo dataset have been included.

First release of RheMAP

First release of the package. The Zenodo doi has been reserved but the dataset is not online yet (2020-02-18). Will follow shortly.
