Tried using the extension again, it wasn't working in responsive breakpoint mode.
Using Chrome Version 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) on OSX (catalina).
The attached CRX is unsigned but should do the trick for you. Otherwise clone and check out the readme for local instructions.
