Qlik Sense must be installed for this solution we used Qlik Sense Enterprise Nov 2019 and Data from Kofax Total Agility 7.5 and Kofax Analytics for Total Agility 1.4.0
The Sample app was created from Data from Kofax Analytics from Total Agility.
Qlik Sense must be able to connect to RDBMS hosting this data and have access to data from the data model. Please verify the data is available before preceeding
The Data Model for this Qlik Sense app uses following base tables
- Resouce
- Job
- Activity
- Business Process
- Category
- Document
- Event Data
- Job Status
- Queue
- Session
- SLA Status
- User
- Activity Type
Below is the Data Model after the Data is loaded to Qlik Sense.
Below is a snippet fo the Script from Qlik Sense Data Load Editor.
The Data is loaded using a Qlik Sense mechanism called Data Load Editor. This process will load the data from Kofax Analytics for Total Agility into Qliks Associative Engine(QIX Engine) and associate the data based on metadata given from data source or manipulated by code. Thie allows the user to click any field, chart and value to show relevant values in context. Please look at explanation of Qlik's Associative Technology in this link to view and understand how Qlik works when working with data.
For our integration with Kofak; Qlik Partner Engineering Team has made Sample Kofax Qlik Applicatio availble for public testing as well as available to load into your own Qlik Enterprise server/ Qlik Cloud Service, and Qlik Desktop.
The Samples Kofax Qlik Application refered in How to get started section can help you automatically load the data.
One the Data has been loaded in Qlik Sense via your connections.
Kofax Qlik Sense app will show the follwowing inside Qlik Sene Hub.
You Sample Kofax Qlik Sense App will lay out the data in the following with Name and Sheets. Click on Any Sheets and start exploring your data.
To get started first take a look at Kofax Qlik Application hosted on Public facing Partner Engineering Qlik Application Server.

Once you Click on the Kofax Application you can see that Qlik Application Sheets are laid out in functional areas for easy navigation and intuitive understanding of the data.
