Main Ticket Types

  • The User Request label is used when a feature is requested by a user
  • The Enhancement label is used when a planned feature is proposed internally
  • The Bug label is used to label bugs
  • The Plugin Compatibility is used for issues caused by a compatibility issue with a particular plugin

Needs More Information

  • When the issue needs more information from the user who created the issue in order to be resolved, add the Needs More Reporter Information label

Other labels:

  • If the ticket is a duplicate of another existing issue, please label it as a duplicate, indicate the other issue with a comment & close it.
