Beta Release - v1.3.3-beta

In this release we have made a change to the GPU command.

It is now a command which tells you which CPU and GPU you have in your PC + the status.
The GPU might need some upgrade in how it is presented at the moment, but we might convert to powershell for that.

If there's something that needs fixing or just doesn't work, feel free to comment in the discussions thread or make a pull request.
