Rework plugin initializtion so the VA_Init1 method explicitly calls "…

…Initialize RobersmaniaReplay plugin".

Add AutoSaveLoadReplayFiles option in initialzation and check for before LoadMarkers() and SaveMarkers().

The manual Load_Markers and Save_Markers plugin commands will still work regardless of the auto value.
