[#64] Refer to GitHub issue... This update does the following: • Rename docs/source/api folder to docs/source/docs. • Change the api link reference in navbar.html in docs/source/templates to match the folder name change above. • Format navbar.html according to newly implmented style guide in #66. Fixes #64
