Installation

Firefox

Install Greasemonkey.
Click jira-issue-link-fixer.user.js.

Chrome, Opera

Install Tampermonkey.
Click jira-issue-link-fixer.user.js.

Chrome, without any extensions (Linux and OS X only)

Download jira-issue-link-fixer.user.js.
Open chrome://extensions/.
Drag jira-issue-link-fixer.user.js onto that window.
