How to use the Proxy with an existing account

When you start to play on the patched apk, a new account was created. But maybe you need an higher level account to perform some operation (e.g. access to tournaments), so you can you an existing account. Assuming that you have cr-proxy (or node-cr-proxy) working (if not follow The Proxy way for Noobs) these are the steps.

  1. Configure the Google account that you want to use in the emulator (or phone) settings so you can login to Google play.

  2. Download the original Clash Royale apk from the Google play store (do not delete the patched apk!).

  3. Disable the process of Host Editor (this time we don't use the proxy). So go to host editor select game.clashroyaleapp.com and click on toggle. In this way Host Editor is not running.

  4. Open the original Clash Royale apk and login into your Clash Royale account with Google play.

  5. Now from Clash Royale settings you have to disconnect from Google play.

  6. Install Root Browser from Google play store. This app allow you to navigate into your emulator (or phone) files.

  7. With Root Browser navigate to this path: /data/data/com.suparcell.clashroyall/lib/ (this is the path to the libg.so of the patched apk). We need to copy the files that you find there (libfmod.so and libg.so) to this path : /data/data/com.supercell.clashroyale/lib/ (the path of the original apk). So you substitute the original libfmod.so and libg.so with the libfmod.so patched and libg.so patched. During this process you actually convert the orginal apk in a patched apk.

  8. Turn back on the Host Editor process. Go to Host Editor select game.clashroyaleapp.com and click on toggle. In this way Host Editor is running again.

  9. Now start the proxy and open the original Clash Royale (now patched). Voilà
