- Added a general framework for plugins
- Converted ps and powerjoular into plugins using this framework and updated their examples
- Integrated powermetrics as a plugin with an example
- Added unittests for the ps, powerjoular, and powermetrics plugins
+ defined a abstract base class for creating cli or device based plugins
+ adjustment so runtable is readable even when running as root
