#### Presentation Day

During presentation day, we will create six _sessions_ of approximately two hours.
Sessions will start at 10:00, 12:30, and 15:00, in two parallel tracks (in two separate Zoom calls).
The presentation day is entirely **on campus**.

For each team, there will be 20 minutes. During the first 10 minutes the team's video will be shown.
During the second 10 minutes there will be Q&A. All four team members must be present, and should be involved in answering questions.
The groups will be divided in four sessions: Two in parallel in the morning (sessions A1 and B1) and two in parallel in the afternoon (sessions A2 and B2). Each session will include 9-10 presentations by student teams and will take the full morning or the full afternoon.
The teachers will create a schedule assigning each team to one session.

Each team is expected to join the full (two hour) session during which their own video is shown and discussed,
and participate actively in the discussions of the other four teams in the same session.

#### Absence due to Illness

As we are still in Corona times, some students may be sick making it impossible to attend the Presentation Day.
If you're sick proceed as follows:

1. Inform the teachers as well as the academic counsellor upfront indicating you are sick during an exam.
2. As an alternative assignment you will be required to provide written feedback for the videos for the session your team was assigned to.
3. You need to hand in this assignment before April 4, 17:00.
4. If your recovery takes longer than that you will again have to contact the academic counsellor and teachers to find a solution for this.

The Q&A sessions including the chat will be recorded.
Absence due to scheduling conflicts with other exams is not permitted: What we can do instead is resolve the conflict by swapping the presentation from a morning to an afternoon session (or the other way around). If this applies to you let the teachers now as soon as possible.
