Fancy Launcher
The fancy launcher can be found in launcher-fancy. It is identical to the regular launcher except that it uses a skin.
The skin is currently defined in FancyLauncher.java and it corresponds to one of the skins available from the Substance library.
It uses Java's own skinning system, which is frankly a pain to use, but Substance provides a base skin to work from.
