Automatic installation of JAVA, Glassfish and other related stuff.

Steps

We add an user glassfish
We create an local apt-get repo for the latest JAVA version
We install JAVA
We downlaod and install glassfish
We configure the enivirment

Example

sudo bash install_glassfish.sh -g glassfish -a admin -s adminpasswd
