VG Parasyte, GLTF, Package Index Fix

Blendshapes + Fixes
- Added experimental support for blendshapes from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 (XMODEL/XANIM), Black Ops CW (XMODEL/XANIM), and Vanguard (XMODEL only).
- Fixed an issue with notetracks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 due to a previous update.
- Removed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare/Warzone due to the new anti-cheat. DO NOT attempt to run Greyhound with them open, it may result in a ban if Greyhound attempts to open handles to them. Methods are being worked on that allow us to stay as far away from the game running as possible.
Experimental plugins for Blender and an updated version of Model Merger for blendshapes are provided in Greyhound's folder.
