Script used for 20180408 build

The script versions for the upcoming 20180408 and following Hybrid releases until new versions are released.
Copy the scripts into your /Library/Frameworks/VapourSynth.framework/lib/python3.6/site-packages/-folder in case you use the OSX Vapoursynth installed.
