Add tests mainly involving sending/receiving siacoins and siafunds. Check that balances are correct including with immature outputs, that blocks retrieved from the DB are correct, that transactions retrieved from the DB are correct, and that the outputs retrieved for an address are correct. I will add tests for file contracts and reverts in a separate PR because I didn't want this PR to be huge.
