bugfix: The "Ward-Takahashi GMB Coloured Torso" marking no longer adds extra pixels to heads.

Just adds a blank wt-groin icon to fix the stray pixel being added to IPC heads when using WT Body colour as a marking. Code for the markings require a BP_TORSO and BP_GROIN but only BP_TORSO existed so it was pulling the wrong icon for the groin part.
