Related to #477
We send a unique UUID to the backend to distinguish calls from users who are not logged in.
This UUID is persisted to the local storage.
Next Steps:
Add a backend API to migrate all resources from the device id to the user once user signs in. This call would ideally happen only if the user made any unauthnicated calls before signing in.
This PR should be merged only after it's dependent backend PR (SimplQ/simplQ-backend#123) is merged.
