On Duplicate Detection

In order to match a record:

  1. A name and email MUST be matched.
  2. Existing person details MUST NOT be exposed to the new person.
  3. A new login ID MUST NOT be created for the new person.

On Exposing Data Externally

  1. In order to search (and see) person data a person MUST login.
