chore: bump SharpHoundRPC version

Description

Updates the SharpHoundRPC package reference from 4.0.8 to 4.0.9 to match the SharpHoundCommon version bump introduced in commit 64ef0e5.

Motivation and Context

Fixes the issue described here: #125

How Has This Been Tested?

I have not done extensive testing as this was a fairly minor change that should not affect anything as noted in the original issue.
