Description

Add new CertTemplate property schannelauthenticationenabled.

Motivation and Context

Ticket: BP-610

Not all EKUs that enable Kerberos auth enable Schannel auth. Therefore a property for Schannel auth.

How Has This Been Tested?

Locally with my lab.
