The goal of release 0.8 is finishing of any code for stlrc. This will include replacing the currently command line framework with a new simpler one that has been under preparation. This should not change the interface of stlrc at all in terms of command line parameters etc, but should ensure that feedback to the user is better and more stable, and ready for long term enhancement and maintenance
