Another small bugfix

This time I've repaired bug #13. I'd highly recommend to update both fabirc API and loader, as now required loader version is >=0.8.0.

Now, let's get back to flying!

Small bug

Now, when in water, elytra will switch to chestplate.

Small tweak

It is now possible to set the default state that players without mod installed will have set.
I also updated some dependencies, so it is recommended to update Fabric API.

Elytra Swap 1.5.0:

• Now Elytra Swap will look though shulker boxes to find chestplates and elytra. This feature can be disabled in config.
• A lot of small changes that should make mod more stable and less buggy.
