1.0.10 (+ AVI Fixes v3)

All of our AVI fixes have been merged with upstream, so this release essentially matches the latest upstream (mkdasher@edf2ace).

The most notable updates here are a desync fix when playing back movies using different plugins and fixing the invalid country code warning from appearing every frame.

1.0.10 (+ AVI Fixes v2)

Version 1.0.10 with a few extra fixes for AVI output. Such fixes include accounting for possible rounding issues, adding the ability to pause on "frame 0", and fixing left and right channels getting mistakenly swapped.

This release also contains a few plugins and configuration, aimed at eased of encoding:
