PluginDecompiler now uses an XML settings file that includes a list of plugin search locations (like the PluginSearchLocations.csv of v1.0.1) as well as new settings to set a manual FormID starting position, which can be used to make collaborations merge more easily by assigning each collaborator a starting position with space between them to grow.
