Update to prettier 3.3.3

What this PR does

Prettier 4.0 runs ~3x faster
on the terriajs code base, so update
to the latest 3.x version to reduce
the change from the next upgrade.

This version seems a bit faster
than 2.7.2, running "time -p yarn prettier"
with 2.7.2:

Done in 20.41s.

vs 3.3.2:

Done in 19.32s.
