Bug fix release

A quick bugfix build.

• You can no longer fly out from the top of the map
• Added leave lobby button in lobby.
• Fixed mouse not showing up when returning to lobby.
• Cleaned up some blueprint code.
• Added some default gameusersettings should now put you at normal graphics by default.
• Built in shipping instead of development... 👍

SimpleFPS v1.0

The final (not quite) release of SimpleFPS. It has a few bugs and is a bit messy in some places but it works. You can play against your friends and all that good stuff.
