Benchmarking Documentation

A clean copy of the benchmarking run scripts and directory structure is located here: /projects/omics_share/meta/benchmarking/CLEAN_BENCHMARK_FOLDERS

To run all jobs, copy this folder to ./RUNTIME_FOLDERS and run the script start_all_runs.sh
