Introduction to CellProfiler Workshop

This repository houses the materials for the Introduction to CellProfiler workshop, as run at JAX.

In addition to the slides introducing CellProfiler, the following CellProfiler tutorials were used:

• Beginner Segmentation
• Input Modules
  • Note that the resources folder of this repository contains a subset of the materials from this tutorial, which is being deprecated, see the README for more info and license.

Note: the slides were prepared using Quarto RevealJS. Please note that the HTML in gh-pages branch is generated by the GitHub Action on push to main. To edit the rendered slides, edit the .qmd file.
