This repository has materials for an Introduction to QuPath workshop run at JAX (Spring 2024). It's based on:

Slides were generated using quarto and VS Code extension.
Please note that the HTML in gh-pages branch is generated by the GitHub Action on push to main. To edit the rendered slides, edit the .qmd file. PRs welcome.
