- rework query support to be more complete
- automatically add indicator arrows (in type icon bar) to titles and dividers in menus, using a simple algorithm.
- Vastly optimize menu rendering so large documents and menus scroll far more quickly.
- add faster scrolling controls (pageup/pagedown and shift+mouse wheel)
- restyle UI of query, new/add bookmark, and URL GO dialog boxes.
