This pull request has two commits:

move all non-README documents into doc directory;
add two new documents install.md and quick-start.md
- the former one is about how to build and install RustyVault on various OSes;
- the latter one demonstrates a whole procedure from building to using RustyVault as a minimal usable secrets management service.
