This PR makes some small changes to the setup script that were holding up release builds.
Changes "SynthPop" to "synthpop" to improve search behavior in directories (issue Package naming #48)
Removes the ez_setup bootstrap module for setuptools (issue conda build fails due to ez_setup #49). Setuptools has been a de facto standard for ages and I think it's fine to assume that everyone has it. It comes with both pip and conda, for example.
Updated the version number from "0.1dev" to "0.1.1"
