Updates the US-RSE logo (#1535)

* Updates the US-RSE logo

- Reverts the US-RSE Pride logo to our default

* Updates the main page

- Removes the celebrate Pride Month button from the main page

* Updates main page callouts

- Updates the main page callout to mention the community awards, instead of the conference deadline
- Closes #1511
