At the top of this page owners say that people are free to use the code as they see fit. I tried to inquire further by emailing them but the email is no longer active. I feel there will be no issues in including this as is with our open source project.

To keep things short we are free to use this code as is with our open source project. The license is copied and pasted below: (NOTE: there is a TinyXML2 that is slightly lighter weight, faster, and fewer dependency; not really a big deal but thought I would point it out).
