Mainly because we want to use Ubuntu 20.04. Original plan was to go for something from Nvidia again, but their availability is looking pretty bad. Might want to consider a Pi instead

We've decided our options are A: Use a pi, or B: use the tx2 again. We'll be ordering a pi to try it out.
