looks like a great start. see comments for specific points.

I think we can also add more questions to explain how different types of people can help, for example:

Q: I'm an everyday citizen (word this better), how can i help?
A: We have a donation link. You can also share this site on social media [insert links to popular ones here] to spread the word

Q: I'm a Developer, how can I help?
A: we are on github [link], feel free to help us tackle open issues or reach out [email] to get to know our team!

Q: I dont see my state/county/city on this list, or the links are incorrecct how do i add it?
A: we have a google form [link] for submitting updates and additions to our links

Q: the vaccination site data is incorrect, how do i submit a correction?
A: We use a third party data source for the vaccination data. All corrections and additions should be submitted to them [link]

Q: I'm looking to start my own project, where do you get your data/how can I use it for my project?
we get our data primarily from [link]. We also have a page of resources [link] for people looking to start their own projects. Once your project is up and running, let us know [link to google form] so we can add you to our list!

these are just rough outlines, feel free to change them however you want

I also think we might want to (at some point, not neceserily now) adopt a strategy similar to tom scott's contact page so we can direct people to the right places for their needs rather than dealing with everyone manually via email because we wont have time to deal with everyone contacting us if this makes it to the scale we are hoping for

Hospitals and clincs administering vaccines are our end targets.
We can add your data to our site and help bring people to you.
It will also relieve your databases and phone calls as we can provide this directly to your customers.
We will also retrieve your databases, relieving phone calls as we can provide this information to your customers through interactive tools.

what do we mean "we will retrieve your databases"?"

IMO i think we should just say that if a hospital in interested in providing us with vaccine availability data to provide their customers with a web portal to quickly and easily check availability, then they should contact us.

Hmmm. Maybe we just need to delete the sentence and replace it. My meaning here was that we could display whether or not they had vaccines and direct users to their signup/reservation website.
