Thanks for developing the neoloopfinder, I was able to call neoloops at the SVs in my samples.
However, the background contains many false signals in the hic plot which makes the results a bit confusing and hard to interpret. I am wondering if it is possible to lower the background signals in the hic plot.
On the other hand, from the plot, I am wondering if this is a true SV with neoloops called by eagleC and neoloopfinder or false-positives. Do you have any suggestions?
