An under-development MATLAB module to analyse the Madden-Julian Oscillation.
Currently include following contents:
rmm.m: a function to calculate the RMM index based on Wheeler and Hendon (2004).
harmonic.m: a function to calculate the first three harmonic seasonal cycle from data.
rmenso.m: a function to remove ENSO signal from data.
eof.m: a function to perform EOF analysis in a simple way.
