Trying out julia profiling

• Profiling multiple threads
• Try to time just a single run of my_custom_objective
• Does Miles have a performant way of converting the tree data structure to a julia function? -> see https://astroautomata.com/SymbolicRegression.jl/stable/api/#DynamicExpressions.ExtensionInterfaceModule.node_to_symbolic and try out using node_to_symbolic and symbolic_to_node instead of interconverting through a string representation
• Make the profile results more visual (with ProfileView?)
• Try out https://github.com/MilesCranmer/DispatchDoctor.jl and or https://github.com/JuliaDebug/Cthulhu.jl for investigating type stability
• It seems like fnFromString around line 290 of Utils.jl may be taking a long time, which makes sense because it's converting a string (data) into a function (programming construct)
