Upgraded the WASM hashes to those of Namada v0.24.0 ( https://github.com/anoma/namada/blob/v0.24.0/wasm/checksums.json ) and upgraded the test vectors to those produced by the v0.24.0 client. Compared to Namada v0.22.0, the transaction format is unchanged except for the WASM hashes and a change in the target hashes used in the signing algorithm. Note that this PR is based on #12 for the signing algorithm changes. Also the WASM hash and test vector changes are all in the last commit of this branch, 9b5755b .
