Since we test only PostgreSQL 10+ it might make sense to change it to "10.0":

Change version of meta-spec, this was a mistake it's 1.0.0 and add "adjustgmbh" as author to publish this extension on PGXN. Like adjust/pg-mvtbl#8 (comment) This extension is new and has not yet been shared on PGXN.
META.json update for standardization and modified to pass PGXN meta specification validation
