Fixes #3126
Amend the installation of OpenSSL 1.0.2 on CentOS 6, so that the tests pass ( they had begun failing due to the expiry of the smime certificates included )
To achieve this, the compile and test had to be split out into two tasks, with the regenerate smime certificates script being executed between the compile and the tests.
This role, is only applied on CentOS 6 machines.
Tested In Local Vagrant OK.
