[GraphRAG] FalkorDB graph rag integration

Why are these changes needed?

This PR integrates FalkorDB. It wraps FalkorDB as a GraphQueryEngine and could be added to an AG2 agent through GraphRagCapability.

I also include a notebook example to show how to use this feature.

@AgentGenie, thanks so much for putting this together, I'm testing now and it's looking good... is it possible to recreate in a branch in this repo?

This would help with running OpenAI tests (and make it a bit easier for others to update).
