Setting up TRADE on your machine

To install TRADE in R, run: devtools::install_github("ajaynadig/TRADE")

Dependencies

TRADE requires the following packages, that should be automatically installed when you install TRADE:

• mashr 0.2.79 (Note: this package also requires an installation of GNU Scientific Library)
