Minor updates

Changes from v1.0.0:

• Added option for an extinction threshold to remove fractional individuals when a species population drops below one.
• Added a stochastic example to the Vignettes.
• Minor formatting & documentation changes

spatialdemography

Very minor changes from previous version, mostly to the header in the example in Vignette. See NEWS for changes. The journal I am re-submitting the manuscript to required all software to be at version 1.0.0 (or greater), hence the new release.

spatialdemography v0.10.5

New version of spatialdemography. Minor bug fixes and added functionality over the previous packages placed in github/akeyel/spatialdemography-package, Bug fixes, added functionality, and improved documentation over the previous code in this repository.

I'm still figuring out git and github, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it!
