Smooth wheel zoom plugin for leaflet

This solution is based on the repo with some improvements

Usage

fork the repository

npm i gitAccount/Leaflet.SmoothWheelZoom.git#x.x.x

import 'leaflet.smoothwheelzoom';

...

  scrollWheelZoom: false, // disable original zoom function
  smoothWheelZoom: true,  // enable smooth zoom
