Dshot timing changed to allow dshot 1200, 2400.
Frequency fix for custom tunes.
Input capture filter added for all mcu's.
Stability fixes for many mcus.
Auto Timing feature.
Many new targets added.

Please use this firmware with default settings if upgrading from an older AM32 version.

Important - Auto Timing Advance

Alka added "auto timing advance" - for the sake of testing it, he reused the "use hall sensors" switch.
If you want to try it, enable "use hall sensors" in the configurator.
